How To Use The DexterPay App
The DexterPay App is a convenient way to use a credit card on our machines. Not only do you not have to worry about having enough cash on hand to get everything done, but the app also helps you remember which washers and dryers you are using, how much time is left, and it notifies you when the cycle is complete.
Download the Dexter Pay App Here:
Open the app, click “Create Account >” and fill out the requested information.
You will need to provide an email address, password and your name. Be sure to use a working email address that you can access as you will be required to validate your DexterPay account through a message sent to that address.
Open your email and find the verification email from DexterPay.
You must verify your account before you can use the app.
Login to the app and select the location.
Greenback Coin Wash is location #620. The app will ask you to confirm you have entered the correct laundromat.
Put in the number posted on the machine that you are using.
Hit “Next” and select your temperature settings and hit “Next” again. If you would like to have the drum cleaned, you will need to do so PRIOR to adding your clothing. Once the drum cleaning is complete, you can add your laundry and follow the steps above.
Click “Payment Method” and enter the preferred method of payment.
Once your card or digital payment has been added, hit “Done” in the top right corner. DexterPay accepts credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Click “Pay Now” and start your machine.
Your machine won’t automatically start once you have completed your payment in the app. You will need to press the “Start” button on the machine.
